Soy Isoflavones

Isoflavones contain estrogen like chemicals that help the body to become healthy. Isoflavones have antioxidant healing powers to improve sleep, ease tension, calm menopause, improve bone health, balance the hormones, and relieve PMS symptoms.

Isoflavones also help the skin to look beautiful and young. They have an anti-aging effect on the skin as they work to increase collagen production and protect the skin from harmful UV damage.

Isoflavones prevent the break down of collagen in the skin cells, and this abates wrinkle formation.

Estrogen levels can sometimes become low due to chemical reactions within the body, stress, and hormonal imbalances. Declining estrogen levels are also characteristic for women making the transition into menopause.

For women, low estrogen levels can cause serious discomfort in the body. Soy Isoflavones are a natural form of estrogen that help the body to look and feel better.

Isoflavones occur naturally in foods that contain soy, and they also available in supplement form. Isoflavones are healthier to the body, when they are taken in moderation.
