Warm Cherry-Apple Cider

Warm Cherry-Apple Cider

Welcome your holiday season guests with a crockpot full of fragrant, warm, and delicious cherry apple cider. Preparation couldn't be easier!

  • 2 quarts apple cider
  • 1 whole cinnamon stick - about 3" long
  • 1 box cherry gelatin
  • extra cinnamon sticks (optional)

Preparation -
Combine the apple cider and cinnamon stick in a large saucepan and bring the mixture to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer, covered, for about 15 minutes. Add the cherry gelatin powder and continue cooking, stirring constantly, until the gelatin is completely dissolved. Remove the cinnamon stick. Pour the cider mixture into a crockpot and set on low to keep warm and ready to serve.

Optional - Serve with extra cinnamon sticks on the side to add to individual servings.
