Adobe Photoshop CS2 General Tips

AdobeR PhotoshopR CS 2

General tips:
  • If you are unfamiliar with the Photoshop user interface or workspace, click here for a diagram.
  • You can change the size of any brush or tool as needed. The controls are in the Options bar.
  • When working with a 200 or larger resolution, the image will look larger than it should. To get a more accurate view, click View > Zoom Out on the Menu bar.
  • If you want to remove what you have drawn, click Edit > Undo on the Menu bar.
  • When working with images that will be used on the web, it is helpful to view the image dimensions in pixels instead of inches. If your preferences are set to display image dimensions in inches (default) you can change this. Click Edit > Preferences > Units & Rulers to open the Preferences dialog box. In the Units section, change from Inches to Pixels in the Rulers drop-down list. Click OK to save your preferences.
