Spiced Apple Baked Ham

Spiced Apple Baked Ham

  • 1/2 cup apple jelly
  • 2 T. Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp. ground cloves
  • 1 (6 to 8 pound) fully cooked boneless or spiral-cut ham

Preparation -
In a saucepan, heat the apple jelly until it's completely melted. Remove from heat. Stir in the Dijon mustard, cinnamon and ground cloves. Brush all of the mixture on the ham. Bake in a preheated oven at 350º for about 60 minutes. Baste with the jelly mixture two or three times while baking.
