Chicken Spread & Ham Spread

Make tasty sandwich fillings from leftover chicken, turkey or ham.

Chicken (or Turkey) Sandwich Spread

  • 2 cups chopped cooked chicken
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp. Dijon style mustard
  • 1/2 tsp.salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 2 T. sweet pickle relish

Preparation -
Combine all the ingredients in a food processor or blender. Process until well blended. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
