Growing Pains

Double Platinum

"Just Fine," one of the singles from Mary J Blige's latest CD GROWING PAINS is my life's theme song right now. MJB gets better and better with each CD. I like every song. I would like to see "Roses" released as a single.Just call her MJB the hitmaker because Growing Pains has hit after hit.

The Fight of My Life

If you need to be uplifted, Kirk Franklin's The Fight of My Life has a song on it for you. "This Is It" sets the theme for the rest of the CD. Some of the songs on the CD have an urban gospel feel to it. Add Franklin's THE FIGHT OF MY LIFE to your personal praise and worship time.

The Early Sound City Sessions

I was taken down memory lane as I listened to Rick Springfield's THE EARLY SOUND CITY SESSIONS. I remember listening to his music in the 80s. Fans of Springfield get a treat because there's also one new track on the CD.

Birdman does his best to show you why he's a 5 *(star) Stunna in his latest release. With guests such as Lil' Wayne, Rick Ross and a few others, its sounds like a southern party on vinyl.Expect to hear some of the songs in clubs because the beats are hypnotic.
