Being a vegetarian today is very exciting and it has never been easier to embrace this wonderful lifestyle. New vegetarians have countless books, websites and ready-made nutritious foods that were unheard of many years ago. People today are much more accepting of this choice due to countless health studies, hip new restaurants, a surge in the popularity of ethnic cuisine and many celebrity chefs advocating vegetarian foods. Many of the vegetarian products that had to be made from scratch are easily available, even in mainstream supermarkets.
