Prayer

Prayer is healing to the mind, body and spirit. The simple act of communicating our innermost thoughts with God, a higher power, and the angels can help human beings to feel better mentally and physically.

Prayer can help us to feel better when we are not feeling well. It can help us to become strong and focused on what we need to do.

Since I am not a religious person, I am someone that looks for facts to believe in. I find that prayer helps me to feel better in good and in bad times.

I have also done research on this subject because it interests me, and I found that hundreds of extensive studies were conducted to prove the connection between prayer and healing.

Studies have shown that when seriously ill people prayed for healing and strength, they had a higher rate of recovering from illness.

The patients that did not pray or have a source of spiritual guidance and belief, this group was slower to recover from serious illness.

In both religious and medical institutions, prayer is regarded as healing.

When you are experiencing stress, or difficulty dealing with negative forces in your life, try prayer as something you do to help heal your life.

Prayer enacts a healing force to surround our body and mind so that negative elements cannot harm us. Prayer works to help us to feel better as it heals.

Prayers can be simple conversations with God and or a higher power. They can be just a few words or many, whichever feels enjoyable to you.
