Avenue Plus Size Clothing

Avenue is part of Woman Within, Roamans, and Jessica London retailers and carries a similar style. Recently their website has merged with Jessica London so it is now possible to shop both these stores at once. This American run company has over 500 walk in stores but offers a complete wardrobe of plus size clothing choices for their online customers. If you are looking to find a walk in store in your area the website does have a store locator. They offer gift certificates and their own credit card.

Selection: Avenue offers the ever popular Seven7 plus size jeans; tops such as tanks, tunics, blouses, hoodies, cardigans and sweaters; dresses and skirts, jackets and coats; capris and dress pants; lingerie and swimwear. They have their own line of shoes with an assortment of styles and boots. They have a small line of accessories like watches, scarves and jewelry. A plus size lingerie section that includes bras, panties, babydolls and shapewear.

Sizing: Avenue offers their plus size clothing in sizes 14 to 32. Customers can search randomly or by size.

Styling: I would describe the style as casual comfort for the over 25 under 50 range.

Pricing: Avenue has many reasonably priced tops and bottoms under $40. Bras under $30.

Availability: They ship to the United States only and standard shipping starts at $5.95 up to $17 depending on amount of purchase.

Overall Impression: The Avenue online shop is easy to maneuver and loads quickly from page to page. The shipping information took seconds to find. Product information is easy to read at a glance; however, I do hate their pop up zoom in on the image feature. I would rather have a large image to look at it than a small image with a pop up. They do seem to have fallen into the trend of ugly prints but they do have a lot of wonderful finds and are reasonably priced.

Visit Avenue for plus size clothing.
