Garlic Potato Bread Recipe

This delicious garlic potato bread is made in a bread machine. No leftover mashed potatoes are needed... the easy recipe uses instant mashed potato flakes. This recipe makes a l pound loaf.

• 1 cup water
• 2 T. butter
• 2 cups bread flour
• 3/4 cup instant mashed potato flakes
• 1 T. sugar
• 1-1/2 tsp. salt
• 1 garlic clove - minced
• 1-1/4 tsp. bread machine yeast

Preparation -
Place all the ingredients in your bread machine in the order recommended in your machine's owner's manual. Select the basic bread cycle and the light crust setting. Bake and enjoy!
