• 1 cup water
• 2 T. butter
• 2 cups bread flour
• 3/4 cup instant mashed potato flakes
• 1 T. sugar
• 1 1/2 tsp salt
• 1 garlic clove - minced
• 1 1/4 tsp bread machine yeast

Preparation -
This recipe makes a 1 lb loaf. Place all ingredients in bread machine in the order recommended in your machine's directions. Select the basic bread cycle and light crust setting.
