Spruce up your everyday mashed potatoes with garlic.

INGREDIENTS
3 pounds potatoes (about 4 large), peeled and quartered
2 (3-ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
2/3 cup sour cream
1/4 cup milk
2 tablespoons butter
3/4 teaspoon salt
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon butter, melted
1/2 teaspoon paprika

DIRECTIONS

1. Cook potatoes in boiling salted water to cover 15 minutes or until tender; drain and mash with a potato masher.
2. Combine potato, cream cheese, sour cream, 1/4 cup milk, 2 tablespoons butter, 3/4 teaspoon salt and garlic in a large mixing bowl; beat at medium speed with an electric mixer until smooth.
3. Spoon mixture into a lightly greased 13-X9-X2-inch baking dish. Brush top of mixture with melted butter; sprinkle with paprika.
4. Bake at 350F, uncovered, 25 minutes or until heated.
