The All American Handyman
20 Americans from across the country have nailed the opportunity to be crowned the "Handiest of them all" in the new, awesome HGTV reality series, All American Handyman, hosted by the brilliant Molly Culver. The goal of the series is to find America's best handyman or handywoman, the one with genuine skill, veracity and the right stuff to impress the judges.
To evade elimination, contestants must showcase their abilities under the watchful gaze of HGTV's celebrity judges Mike Holmes of the incredible Holmes on Homes and Scott McGillivray of Income Property plus a secret weekly judge. All 20 contestants have demonstrated they've got what it takes but only one of them will walk away with the desirable title of "All American Handyman or handywoman," with a $10,000 Sears prize package in addition to an HGTV development deal. Now that’s what I call a DIY acknowledgment.
Episode one’s main objective!
To earn an official spot in the competition, the 20 contestants had just two hours to build whatever they like. The more knowledgeable or skill demanding their assignment, the better their chances are likely to be moving on to the next phase. That's up to the contestant to decide by how elaborate their project is as well as the finished product. When time is called, it's up to the resident judges, Mike Holmes and Scott McGillivray to decide which ten worn out handymen will be staying, and which ten will be going home.
If you are one of those who love to work around the home and take those projects by the horns, then you got to tune into the All American Handyman. Watch HGTV at 9 pm Sundays to watch the All American Handyman.
