Tostitos® Smoky Tomato-Corn Chowder

Recipe from Frito-Lay Serves 4 to 6

  • 2 (16 oz.) jars Tostitos® restaurant style mild salsa
  • 2 (10 1/2 oz.) cans low sodium chicken broth
  • 2 (14 3/4 oz.) cans cream style corn (no salt added)
  • 1 (15 1/4 oz.) can whole kernel corn (no salt added)
  • 1/4cup uncooked quick cooking rice
  • 4 T. fresh lemon juice
  • 2 T. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 tsp. liquid smoke
  • Tostitos® 100% white corn bite-size tortilla chips - crushed

Preparation -
Mix all ingredients together. Simmer 15 minutes or until rice is tender, stirring occasionally.

When serving at a party, transfer to a crockpot set on lowest setting to keep warm for serving. Place a bowl of crushed Tostitos® tortilla chips along side to sprinkle on top for extra crunch!
