  • 1-1/2 cups seasoned croutons
  • 1/4 cup mayonaisse
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 tsp. dried parsley
  • 1 pound flounder fillets - 4 fillets, about 4 oz. each
  • 1/4 tsp. paprika
  • 1 cup French fried onions
  • 2 tsp . butter

Preparation -
Spray an 8" x 11" glass baking dish with non-stick cooking spray; set aside. In a mixing bowl, combine the crabmeat, croutons, mayonaisse, beaten egg, and parsley.
