Addicted Gamers Have a Better Life!
Gamers always knew they were special. They could do moves nobody else could, would patiently design strategies that took hours to unfold, and figured out puzzles that would have baffled Sherlock Holmes. Now studies have proven it - gamers do better in life!
According to a recent British study, people who get addicted to computer games end up doing very well in life, getting great jobs and in general being more intelligent than the average population.
While most people keep harping on the violence that video games promote, many studies show that children actually work through anger and agression through video games. Many video games involve long term strategic thinking, puzzles, and cooperative gameplay with others around the globe. These mental exercises serve the players well for their entire lifetimes.
While in the 'old days' gaming often meant being isolated and losing social skills, the new generation of games promote cooperative play and interaction. Most gamers polled prefer to play games with at least one other person.
