I've been to Tou-to once or twice, mostly as a way to escape Lin. It's on the very tip of a peninsula near Hebian-to, which is a great town. It doesn't really have much on its own though. Arrows are a whopping 175p, and there's a leather crafter upstairs that wants hides. Pou Beh has lots of interesting things.
