"Cheato" the book is up in witch head, and will give you a cheat for every 5 pages you find. You can fly from the mountaintop or just backflip-jump to ladder and climb up. This is "Gruntilda's Lair" and color-changing feathers are in the broken frame on the wall.

To activate a cheat, get 5 pages, talk to cheato, and then go to the Jade Snake Grove in Mayahen Temple. There you first type in the code on the big wall, and then go right to enable this new code.

Cheat 1: "Feathers" gives you double feather carrying capacity.
Cheat 2: "Eggs" gives you double egg carrying capacity.
Cheat 3: "Fallproof" gives you immunity from damage when you fall.
