I really like Memo-Random. You are shown a few images and you have to memorize them, then make the lower screen have those same images. Some of the images are really cute! You have 60 seconds for your matching. I find it works well to make a little mental scene when you see the images. So if you see a cloud, then thunderbolt, you think "raincloud makes thunderbolt". That helps you to remember the items.

Note that the order doesn't matter, you don't have to hit the leftmost one first and so on. Also note that you don't have to fill in ALL the cards - sometimes they "give" some to you. So if you see a cloud then thunderbolt, they might show you a cloud on the bottom and ask "what's missing". If you typed the cloud, you'd be wrong. You need to hit the thunderbolt.
