Your final "main" location - Jim Brass in the Detective's office. This is where you go when you want to question suspects and get more details on them.

First, Karen Yardstraum, i.e. Kylie. You get her address, at the Hamilton Apartments. A new location appears. You learn that Kylie was only in one chorus line show, and it shut down a few weeks ago. There's nothing else.

It's sort of frustrating that you can't talk to him about the other people on the case yet, but you have to go in order in many ways in this game. The game wants you to go investigate the apartments. Don't worry, soon you'll be able to come back here and start questioning suspects.
