You're on a catwalk. Walk down the stairs. Go straight to the fence and climb over it. Now you're in the mail sorting area.

The first 'square area' has lots of big white machines. Go through them to the opposite corner. When you go through the metal fence that marks the end of that square, take a sharp left.

Go straight to the metal doors. That's the freight elevator. That's the whole section!
