Final Fantasy IX Walkthrough:
Captain Steiner

OK, Captain Steiner is put on the job of finding the princess. First he has to find all of his knights! Two show up naked when he calls for them - Blutzen and Kohel. Go east to find them gabbing. There's also a save Moogle here, Mosh, and a poster on the wall listing all 9 knights (including you). Head back upstairs and talk to the queen, and she'll give you a silk shirt. There's nothing else upstairs. Head back down. The south just leads to the play.

Now go north. A knight Dojebon is running around up here - if you stand on the eastern side, just north of center, you can run south and grab him there when he also runs south. To the east is a hungry knight - Moenkadheim. To the west is just two rooms of the kitchen - holding a dishmeister, onionmeister, eggmeister, head chef, and an ovenmeister. Go down the main stairs.

To the northern area is a library with Laudo, the sci-fi writing knight. To the south is another library without any knights. Now head south from the central area, and out of the castle.

You'll be at a fountain. So the south of here is a dock with the knight Haagen. The east gate is sealed, but to the west is Weimar, chatting it up with a sexy guard. Send him off. Just one more knight to go! Go through the gate, down the hallway, and up the stairs. You'll find Breireicht there, and he counts out each knight you've found. You get an Elixir for getting them all.

Blutzen & Kohel, dynamic duo
Laudo, writer
Weimar, girl-chaser
Haagen, explorer
Moenkadheim, hungry
Dojebon the Artillerist

Continue up the stairs to find the princess, and see a scene of her tarzan-like escape, and now you're Zidane again!
