Ultimate Weapon: Wakka

Wakka: World Champion, Jupiter Crest, Jupiter Sigil

If you build Wakka up in Blitzball games, he'll become a hero. When you've won a lot, go to the little restaurant at Luca and the guy there will give you the World Champion.

The Jupiter Crest is easy, it's in the locker room :)

The Jupiter Sigil becomes a prize once you get each of Wakka's overdrives. Just keep playing to get the sigil.
