You talk to Hammond - Jakes is going to the meeting at Sol Vita.

Go out into parking area shooting a few guys. Follow the signals to the boat area. Now find Jake. Big crane with lots of boxes. Go upstairs onto boat. Now work your way around on the boat, shooting guys that you take out.

Head down the stairs into the ship. Shoot a few guys then head up the inner stairs. There are tons of guys up there so take out a few and retreat. Work your way through them and then take out Jake.
