Be sure to get the package on rocks right there. Drive away west - welcome to Staunton island!! Drive to the docks there. You get $20,000 and a new spot to stay. You have a blue spot at her condo. The bridge is now repaired. You have a new home, a new gun shop. all much nicer. Note that you get the same weapons and bribes in your home base as from the previous island.
