So this section starts at two stars. Just drive out the left side of the lot area, and keep going. Once they start blinking - be quiet. We just park in a lot. Soon the stars go away.

Take Jermaine to Gibson Street. You two talk about how Roman owes money to Vlad. You also talk about using the pay n spray to clear stars. When you do this, 3 hours wll pass. The cops can't see you drive in - makes sense!
