Brian / Man on the Street
A few missions in, you start to see a blue "person" mark on the map. This is a random man-on-the-street mission.
The first time you talk with him, you just get money from him.
The second time, he wants you to ride along with him on some drug buys. Nothing really happens, but it passes some time.
