 GTA IV Walkthrough Hung Out to Dry This is yet another rousting of a non-payer. This time it's a guy who owns a laundromat. You drive over there and confront him - but he runs. You have to chase him. When you get outside, break the car's window and then hammer the shoulders to hotwire it. Follow the pink arrow on the map to chase the guy. The key here is to stay close because you can end up with him on a highway and you on street roads or visa versa. When you get close, keep ramming him until he stops. The guy whines, and the mission is done. Now Roman calls to have dinner with him. Get any car, and you two go out to Cluckin' Bell. You can now either take him home or go out somewhere else if you want. You go out drinking and are now drunk. Your whole screen is all blurry and wavy. I have to admit that I can't watch or drive during this part - I have to have my boyfriend do it for me. It bothers my eyes!
