Mall Shootout
You're asked to go meet a courier in the mall. Head up the escalator to find him. When you do, the French police show up and you have to run after the courier.
He takes off - hop into the nearest fast car and run him down a few times. Soon a chip will appear on his dead body. Grab it and run it back to Cortez.
Payoff: $500.
Note that about this point you get your second cell phone call for work.
