 Grand Theft Auto Vice City Walkthrough : All Hands on Deck Cortez is leaving with his boat. You start with a samurai sword, useless to use in the mission but a fun toy to keep. You have to shoot down guys in 3 boats that come alongside. Do with 93 body armor still. Aim for boats to blow up easy. Cut scene. Next shoot the LITTLE zoomy boats in front, until helicopters come, then shoot the helicopter. Having a rocket launcher here is a REALLY good idea. There's health in the center. and ammo. Another helicopter comes, shoot it. Now guys come up from 2 side stairways and an attack helicopter shows up. Take it out too. Cortez says, "Tomas, you must leave us. Keep my personal launch as a token. Keep an eye on Mercedes. " Payoff: $5,000 plus you get the Speeder You get a call now - Paul says someone has put price on your head. Hmmmm, maybe Lance? Tip from Hogbert: "All hands on the deck" is easier if you block the open gate to platforms with a car.
