Bombs Away
Strange, you seem to have forgotten all about Auntie. Her voodoo magic is at work. Her nephew made little flying bombs to take out Cuban boats. She has spell over you :)
Get to the van first. It's a remote controlled plane mission, be GENTLE with the controls. These things react poorly to jerky movements.
Use X to accelerate (constantly), pull back to climb, left and right to turn. O to bomb. It takes a LONG TIME to get all the boats, but just be patient. You in essence can try forever as long as you stay high and don't crash.
