When you go through the prison after getting the earplugs, you end up in Walkway. Be Juno so you can have the crowbar. Go down through the trap door in the building, and down the elevator. Rescue tribals down there. There's another on top of the building and a bonus totem. There's a tribal nearby on another tower, and two down on ledges. That's it!
