Goldwood: Outset
Goldwood: Outset
Outset. Original name :). OK, you're on a one-track jungle path,
sort of reminding you of Pokemon Snap. I suppose you have a little
more latitude of movement here. You meet tiny groups of drones - two
in one spot, one on a stick, so on. There's a group by a house, easy
to kill. Ammo is lurking around the rocks - it keeps reappearing
so you can sit there and fill back up if you wish. There are 3 bears up
here - one under a stick, one by a house and one behind the house.
There is a pistol capacity incrase and full pistol ammo.
Ignore the main life force door for now.
For two houses, you have to wait until you get more firepower to blow in
their doors. When you do, one house has money, a second house has a vending machine in it to sell you ammo and health :)
The third house, with a life force door leads into a secret underground area.
There are tunnels with crates and quite a few drones, and four bears in a large
central room. You can shoot the 5-G gem up in the rafters to get it. When
you're done, you can't leave via the yellow door yet, so just jump into the
water to exit the underground.
You come up into a pretty room with a pond
with steps into it and a bridge. This is the "next room" to that first
Outset room - the place you would have gone if you went through the normal
life force door. There's a Gemini Capacity increase (to 8) in the room, but that's it.
Time: 8:00 or so
Bears: 7 out of 7
