You become able to use green trinities after defeating the final boss in Agrabar. Green trinity spots let you climb somewhere.

Locations are:

Traverse Town: in accessory shop. Use to pull down ladder to get upstairs to Synth Shop.

Agrabar: little supply room off street. Climb up to chest with power up.

Neverland: Bunk room, use to pull down ladder to climb up.

Coliseum: Right scoreboard, get mithryl

Wonderland: Right at entrance, elixir falls from fireplace.

Wonderland: In Bizarre Room, become tiny and go into brick fireplace. Chest comes down - mythril shard.
