clip 5 - luke watching the Leia video, when he almost takes Obi's head off when he turns it on. I love LOVE this one :)

I also love the end of Episode V when Luke has his false hand that goes insane :)

Oh, and when they're talking about how to destroy the Death Star and one of the guys faints.
