The Offer
Salvatore has a problem - the female union boss says that she needs some cash. It's your job to take it to her.
Drive over to the yellow marked spot. You walk up to the lady. "I'm not playing Salvatore's game. Thanks for the donation." Then you're left alone amongst a bunch of thugs. Fight / shoot your way out of the battle and gather up any loot. More will come at you - be sure to fight back :).
