General Notes
This game is all about patience and practice. Don't expect to just zip through the missions without it. Go slowly. Build up your income with the side missions. Do the taxi missions to learn the streets. Build up your health levels and know where the stars are.
Make sure that you walk around a lot - you only get some missions when you are walking.
