Trash Dash
When you hop into a garbage truck, you get a set of missions. The timer only starts with the first trash can you touch, so plan out your route to touch the first one when you're ready. You get 30 additional seconds per dumpster, and it accrues as you go. After you get the last one in the full set, you get a full minute to get back to the dump with that collection.
You get $2000 for a successful run. Note that if you fail you seem to get the exact same layout so it's worth it to really plan out a good route for it.
