Drive on over to Chinatown, to the marked spot. There will be 3 targets here, all shown in red. Use the R button to target one, and then use the circle button to bash them to death. They only come one at a time so it's relatively easy. Don't worry about weapons or anything else, you can finish this mission in about one minute flat as it is.

When you finish this mission, you hear that Capital Autos in Harwood is looking for a salesman. Harwood is up at the northern end of this island. That's a fun mini-game that is well worth playing to earn money.
