Tom talks about how the family gave a big funeral for Frank where everybody was quite chummy. Now you hear from the Don that the prosecutor is digging up more dirt. He has witnesses. The info is in a safe in the prosecutor's villa.

You stop first to pick up Salvatore, a safe guy. Then the two of you drive to the house. Talk to Salvatore by the front door so he picks the lock. Sneak your way up to the second floor to the room with the safe. Salvatore picks it for you, but of course the prosecutor comes home.

This is a stealth mission so now sneak your way back out again, avoiding the guards too.
