This one always reminds me of the Journeyman Project's Shangri-La land. Lots of ice, even the ohms of monks and flags. The ice is lots of fun - especially the sneaky hole in the ice sculpture that you slide through! There are a few short jumps, but mostly you can blast quickly on straightaways, ease up on the turns, and you can zip through without any problem.
