Interesting - a swampy, beachy kind of island place. It's also pretty easy - blast the entire way along the beach, and then do throttle - ease back combos through the grassy turns. When you hit perhaps the fifth turn there's a vine wall ahead of you - blast through it, and go straight through the next vine wall too. That's a shortcut.

Other than that, just take it easy on turns, and learn which straightaways have room for you to blast through. An easy win.
