Warnings Active: Orb Hitting Body, Orb Receiver, Dangerous Water, Don't Drink The water

The room below you contains a gun that is making orange portals on certain walls at periodic intervals. Make a blue portal on the wall and examine it closely before you walk through it. Wait until the portal shows you the safe choice - the only one with a floor present - and walk through it. Press the button to open the hatch for a short time. When the hatch is open, shoot a blue portal through it and then walk through the orange portal (or, if required, wait for the portal gun to shoot the orange portal back to where you are). Once on the other side, make a blue portal on the scorch mark to your left. Depending on your timing, the orb will go through and land in the receiver. Keep the portal open and stay out of its way until the orb is in the receiver. Failure will lead to the puzzle being incomplete, your death, or both. When the orb is in its receiver, look out the blue portal and make sure the portal leads to the moving platform and also that the platform is within your reach. Step on it to reach the second part of the portal gun, the orange portal generator. Now, you can use the right mouse button to generate orange portals. Shoot one portal at the wall behind you (connected to the platform, the way you came in). Then press the button to open the hatch in front of it and launch the other portal through it. Take the platform back to the first portal and go through it to exit out the second. Be aware of which colors you use so that when you create a new portal you do not accidentally take away the part that is in use.
