This is the 'Rescue Tanya' mission.

You start with a single spy. Infiltrate the war factory in the NE corner of the board, then the truck goes to free Tanya. When the dogs go into the base, go to the outside of the gate, to the North. When the dogs leaves the base, go straight to the war factory.

Tanya blows up all 4 SAM sites. Kill the guys first; SAM sites don't fight back. Blowing up the tech center attracts unwanted attention - don't do it, or do it last.

When you're done, a helicopter comes to take Tanya away. After she's gone, from the original location you then get a bunch of reinforcements - tanks, etc. Get into the base and damage things enough that you can take them over. There are a bunch of barrels surrounding the barracks; if you blow those barrels up, the barracks are damaged enough that an engineer can make it yours. If you can keep your tanks alive, you should next take over a power plant. Shoot at it while your engineer stands RIGHT next to it, have him selected, and wait until the arrows turn green, take it over. Your guys will automatically stop shooting at it once it belongs to you.

Using the same technique, take over the repair bay. Meanwhile, be building new engineers and repairing things you've already taken over. With new engineers take over the construction yard and weapons factory. At some point you'll have to start building power plants too. Destroy everything else you don't want and the base is yours.

Start building up forces - get 2 ore trucks, 6 tanks and work towards 8 planes. Once you have 6 tanks, start going out after the harvester, and send the planes in waves against his buildings. He stops harvesting pretty quickly, and sits still. You can just work slowly against him.
