This is the "Protect the Chronosphere for 45 Minutes" mission. Wheeeeee!

You start out with a few forces and a few boats down by the water - move them north along the water up to where your ore truck waits. Run past the forces to the west - they won't follow you up into your base. Use the ships to help. Once you get there, start gathering ore, building your defenses, and mine the paths to your south to help protect you. Make sure you mine 3 or 4 rows deep so they're effective.

Build lots of power - they'll love to bomb your power plants. Also, guard the landing area to the west - they'll keep sending boats at you with tanks and things to 'play'. Build turrets on your walls. Be very quick to repair these, since they tend to send rocket launchers (kill those first) and a few tanks.

Once your base is stable, build up a barracks, a war factory, and then start building more turrets and pill boxes around your perimeter to help support the base. Build lots of tanks, too. They rarely try to take out the chronosphere by air, so concentrate on your land forces. They do send a few mammoth tanks; just make sure you're ready for them. You can't really make any offensive attacks, so concentrate on remaining alive.

If you build a naval yard and a transport, you can get an engineer to the tech center to the east, and build over there as well. Make sure you can get as much money as you can so you can keep repairing turrets and building new ones.

Once you've got yourself settled, just keep laying mines, building tanks, and repair turrets.
