You start with three subs and $10,000. You have to destroy the Allied fleet that is coming here to refuel. You immediately get reinforcements; move up the coast (on your left) until you hit the bottom of the bridge. Drop off your forces there and start building. Build 2 ore trucks and 2 sub bases (one on each side of your island) to start. Build subs FAST - build up to 7 on the west and 4 on the east. Random incursions come from 'neverland' until the end of the game from the east, but you can take out all the forces on the west. The whole top 'island' over the bridges is yours, too. This is really just a sea battle - build tons of subs and keep taking out their ships.

Build a few tesla coils to keep out their random transport supplies, but other than that you don't really need land forces. Keep your sub population up, then start building planes and more ore trucks. End up with 5 ore trucks and 2 refineries, then just go for planes (and those stupid silos). Send waves and waves of planes over at them. They run out of money quickly, then just sit there. It's like an hour of sending things at them to kill all of their tanks one by one. They have TONS of hidden camo turrets hiding behind trees that are impossible to find. Just aim one of your planes at every square inch of his territory; when it turns into the aiming symbol, kill it. It's not a tough mission, just a long one.
