A two-part mission. First, capture the radar station to the north. Second, capture the central island. OK, here we go.

First, you have to capture your strip of land along the west side of the map. Build lots of infantry and tanks, and guard your ore area. If you put enough up at the top of the strip, the enemy won't send out his ore truck and will starve there. Mass your forces, sending submarines up against his ships, and building tons of YAKs to take apart his structures. He gets reinforcements from the north, but you should be able to wear him down into submission.

Be careful with the radar station. Hit it enough to hurt it, just enough so the engineer can take it over. Then start churning out transports (around 5), and make sure by now you have 3 or 4 ore trucks. The submarines should have cleared a path between your top landing area and the middle of the island. Spy plane all around the landing zone, and send your planes against the island now.

En Masse, send over a few ore trucks, some tanks and infantry. You should also have gotten a Mobile Construction Vehicle; send it over and start building defensive structures. You have a money advantage now, plus your planes can keep eating away at his buildings. Keep your base protected, keep making more tanks, and build a series of flame towers around your perimeter. Keep your people behind them! They tend to get flamed along with the enemy. Also hide your people from evil mashing harvesters. You will eventuallly grind the enemy into nothing.
