Angelo the jealous one has come bringing trouble into the Row. Victor is helping him out. You guys want to split up and take them all out.

Some are in cars, so it heps to have a car of your own to take them out. There are purple peopel out on the streets helping you out too. Make sure you don't shoot the purple guys!

Really, there isn't much strategy here. Run around and shoot. Shoot some more. Chase them down. It's really better than most, in that you get help!
