This game is very much like a sim-game in that your body health depends on what you do. You have to eat food for energy - but eat too much and you get fat. You have to run around to build up muscle and stamina. It's a matter of balance. Don't just drive everywhere, it makes you soft. Be sure to spend time running around, and eating regularly but not all the time!

Note that as you run around, you burn through fat. But if you have starved yourself to death so you have NO fat on you at all, you then start to burn through muscle. So you always want to eat regularly enough to keep a small amount of fat on you, to provide you with energy.
