 Grand Theft Auto San Andreas Walkthrough Zeroing In Kendl is upset that the guys are playing cards - but Zero is happy that he's made some electronic wizardry. It picks up on cell phone signals. You have to stay close to the car that's driving along. You get little blips that start out red and then fades to pink and then to white. The blip is where she is *at that second* and then she keeps moving of course while the blip is stationary. You get up to the Golden Gate bridge and finally tag the car (at least that's where we got it :) ). Now you have to drive it back to the garage. You can now modify street racing cars here. The cars you steal can be found at Wang's garage.
