It's an ambush of course, so shoot the people there and then hop into the Manana and drive on out. You have a damage meter. Head around out of the airport area, pas the blockades they have set up. A pair of motorcycles will follow you just as you get out of the airport area. Take a right. You're heading to the docks at the northernmost part of this area. When you get back to the marked area, you're done!
